As a sales manager focused on technical support for ruminant and monogastric nutrition, you will be responsible for driving sales and providing technical expertise to our clients. You will work closely with customers, understanding their needs and offering solutions that enhance their farming operations. The ideal candidate should possess a strong knowledge of current industry trends and future developments, have an established client network, and demonstrate a performance-driven mindset with the ability to meet and exceed sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and grow sales of our products within the European market.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients in the monogastric and ruminant animal feed and farming industries.
Stay informed about industry trends and developments to shape sales strategies.
Develop and implement effective sales plans to meet and exceed company sales targets.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in animal science, veterinary science, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in sales or technical support within the monogastric or ruminant animal feed and farming industries.
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Familiarity with the current industry landscape and emerging trends.
Established relationships with clients within the animal feed or farming industries.
Strong focus on achieving sales goals and driving performance.
