We are seeking a qualified professional with a PhD or senior master’s degree, specializing in research, development, and technical roles in the fields of bioethanol, food processing (baking and brewing), starch, and detergents. The ideal candidate should have over five years of experience in R&D or technical work across two or more of these areas and possess the ability to independently resolve customer inquiries related to products and technical issues.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead product development, technical improvements, and process optimizations to ensure product quality and production efficiency.
Work closely with the R&D team to understand product features and benefits.
Provide technical support to clients, addressing product and process-related inquiries.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive project progress and ensure customer needs are met.
Support the sales team with technical insights and product information.

Qualifications:

PhD or senior master’s degree in relevant fields such as fuel ethanol, food processing, starch, or detergents.
Over five years of experience in R&D and technical roles across two or more of the specified fields, with extensive industry knowledge.
Familiarity with production processes and application technologies relevant to the fields, with a deep understanding of industry practices.
Knowledge of current industry trends and developments, with the ability to adapt to changing market conditions.
Ability to independently resolve customer inquiries regarding products and technical matters, providing high-quality technical support and consultancy.
